1. Who we are
We are Levande — we make and sell handcrafted jewelry, leather goods and silk accessories.

2. The nature of handmade products
Uniqueness and natural variation: the accessories we sell are handmade. The photos on the site are representative. The metal tone of the item you receive, the colour or veining of a natural stone, or the texture of the leather may differ slightly from the photo. This is not a defect — on the contrary, it is evidence that the product is genuinely handmade.
Prices: prices are shown in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN). The price shown is final; the delivery charge is shown separately before payment.
3. Order and payment
Your purchase is considered confirmed once we confirm your order by email or message.
Payment: payment for the order is made in the manner agreed between the parties, either when the order is confirmed or on delivery.
4. Delivery and product risk
Within Baku delivery is by courier, and to the regions by post. All collection accessories are sent by international post to 60+ countries.
The risk of damage passes to the buyer from the moment the product is physically handed to you. Levande takes responsibility for damage caused during transit (in line with the Returns Policy).
Force majeure: Levande shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by extraordinary weather conditions, natural disasters, or technical/regional force majeure events affecting postal or courier services.
5. Safety, allergies and limitation of liability
Materials and allergies: our accessories use silver, gold-plated metal, natural stones, leather and silk. People with a sensitivity to certain metals (e.g. nickel) are advised to be cautious before use. Keep accessories away from water, perfume, chemicals and impact; follow the care instructions for each item.
Small parts: some accessories contain small parts (clasps, stones, rings). Because of the choking hazard, keep them away from small children.
Disclaimer: Levande bears no legal liability for damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions, nor for individual allergic reactions arising from contact with the products.
Limit of liability: Levande's total legal liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Resolution of disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
For any dissatisfaction that may arise, please write to hello@levande.store — we resolve every matter within 5 business days, in the customer's favour and in good faith.
7. Intellectual property and copyright
All photographs, logos, product designs, handmade crafts, and text on this site belong to Levande. Any copying, reproduction, or use for commercial or other purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
